This is a very important part of the work of the travel agent,but before educating the consumers about travel insurance,the travel manager should be educated.That is a part of insurance policy and regulations in the country on one hand and an open -minded view on travel on the other .The travel agent has to show more personalized custom service,more responsibility .The total rate of the journey will be a little bit higher,but more safer,with more quality and regard.One more point -the insurance companies should have the travel agent as their partner,be really” on the agents’side” and offer a commission guarantee.
