I think your concept is great! In this day and age so few are willing to really mentor and train others in skills tht will aid them all thier lives. I also like the name of your business, Praise Chicago Restaurant. there are so mny negtive things said about Chicaacgo, but my 4 years there 1967-71 were overall pleasant and enjoyable.
I drove an American United Taxicab and for a short time, pastored a storefront church at Clyborn and Southport where I frequently went South on North Southport to get there!
