Being a travel professional I must sadly state that the European Airlines are on the wrong track … instead of giving us reasons to promote them and supply them with business, they are doing everything to make travel agents’ lives miserable … they hide behind complicated tax systems that nobody understands, they “shit” in our boots when we want to work with them, they aim at taking our clients away from us, we can only talk to machines as “humans” have disappeared, they are all flirting with the desolated concept of low cost no frills airlines, losing their own identify.
Sadly I have to say that airlines such as Emirates, Qatar, Etihad are 100% the opposite and that working with them is a real pleasure.
I am very sad not to have a “real” airline in Europe to work with …
