Good if we can achieve the $250 per night price range for hotels where cost of construction etc. is high assuming that they also provide a service in line with that price-tag. Equally important is Eco-tourism and Home-stays which provide win-win situations; the winners being the accommodation providers, the local villagers, the environment and the not-so-wealthy but caring visitors whose wants are simply the experiences and the memories.
